Hi. I'm Chris.

I'm from Texas. I love photography, journalism and photojournalism.

I'm a staff photojournalist at The York Daily Record in York, Pa, and am available for wedding, limited freelance and other photo/journalism work. I earned my Bachelor of Journalism degree, as well as a minor degree in Spanish, from the University of Missouri in May 2010. I've previously interned at The York Dispatch (winter/spring 2011), The Atlanta Journal-Constitution (summer 2010) and Washington Post Digital (summer 2009). Additionally, I was the sports photo editor at The Columbia Missourian, and have worked in Missouri as a state politics reporter, photo editor, photographer and page designer.

Photography has been my passion since my first summer working at Philmont Scout Ranch in 2006. Whether I'm photographing a wedding, completing daily newspaper assignments or working on a long-term editorial project, I always strive to exceed expectations and treat all coworkers, supervisors, clients and subjects with the utmost professionalism, dignity and honesty. You can count on me to deliver above and beyond on any project.
